Naturopathic Medicine begins with a 90 min. long evaluation of all body systems and from there a unique health plan is designed to lead each patient on their path to optimal health, reduced pain & longevity.
Evaluation includes:

Review of past 1-2 years of lab work

Ordering of new labs and/or imaging

Review of current health concerns, diet & lifestyle

Physical exam with focus on disease prevention, anti-aging and chronic pain
Treatment includes:

Lifestyle & Diet Plan: "The Roots of Wellness".

Physical Medicine: Bio-puncture, Massage (Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue) and Physical Manipulation.

Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptides, Nutrient IV Therapy and Regenerative Injection Therapies: Prolo and PRP for chronic pain

Prescription of Herbs & Supplements and when appropriate, pharmaceuticals.
